TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Priority given for buyer who call us, followed by sending us an order form.

-Advance payment needed with at least 30% from the full amount.

-Deposit will be forfeited if the balance is not been cleared a day before pick-up or delivery.

- The payment can be made into our Maybank or Public Bank account. We will send out your items only after we received your payment. It will take up to 3 working days for payments to be cleared.

-Do not copy or make use of the pictures/photos. If we caught anyone in act, they shall be prosecuted.

- We prefer to deliver by hand and buyers are to bear all delivering costs.

- Goods will be delivered the next day after full payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

- Goods sold are non-returnable, non-refundable nor exchangeable.
